Order Policies

There is no minimum order.

Delivery lead time is 3-5 weeks depending on the models & colors. Custom-made orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of the order. Delivery lead time starts when Order details are confirmed and upon receipt of payment.

Customers will receive an order confirmation by WhatsApp or Email after the order is sent to the production for processing. Please notify us asap if there are any changes or inaccuracies otherwise, the order will be shipped as-is.

Shortages and back-orders: If an item on an order is not available, we will notify the customer by email or Whatsapp. The customer can request a substitution or change to the order. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we will ship the order without that item.


Warranty and Return Policy

Greendor has a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email & Whatsapp. Please refer to our Product Warranty for Terms & Conditions.

If a customer receives a product that was not ordered, or otherwise shipped in error, Greendor will pay the return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective items must be reported to Greendor within 3 days of receipt to receive a refund. The item(s) must be new and in saleable condition, and the customer must ship them back to Greendor.
